About us
History
faytech has its roots in Germany. Arne Weber, the founding manager of faytech, started to develop and market electronic devices in 2001. Later in 2006, the today called faytech AG started to import touch displays in Germany. Within three years, the German corporation became the leading touch device supplier in Germany in this niche. In 2009, the management team moved to Shenzhen to start its own production facility in China and right after, faytech Tech. Co., Ltd. was founded. In 2010, faytech began to produce touch PCs in its own factory for the first time. Today all offered touch devices are solely designed and manufactured by faytech.
In 2013, a partnership was created and faytech North America was established in order to better support this market. Recently in 2018 with great demands for products in both India and Japan, offices were established in these two markets. Recently by the end of 2018, due to the great demand of faytech products, the second factory was opened in Suining, China.
Deutsche Faytech Korea was established in Jun 2021.

The reference list of well-known brands using faytech Touchscreen Displays and PCs is substantial. For example, faytech’s products are in use by business units of Bechtle, Continental, Honeywell, Unilever, Bosch, Komatsu, Qualcomm and many more.
faytech’s Touchscreen Displays and PCs are used in a wide variety of applications. Customers use the faytech technology for home or building automation and media center applications, factories use the displays for controlling their machines and retail stores & restaurants use the Touchscreen systems to make their sales processes more efficient.
faytech’s Quality
With strong Research & Development teams in both Germany and China, faytech has the ability to develop and innovate new products, which ensures the products provided are always at the technical forefront. In addition to the SGS guided ISO 9001:2015 certification of both our production plants in China, faytech’s products have certifications in order to comply with quality control on a global basis.
All of our products receive CE, FCC, CCC and RoHS certifications before being put into our product portfolio. Besides these certification a certain amount of products also comply with special automotive and medical directives, such as the E-Mark, IATF 16949 and EN 60601-1 Medical certificates.
Before any of faytech’s products leave the factory the displays are tested several times and deemed to be completely operational and in perfect condition. With the ERP system currently in use, all productions ever made can be tracked back to its individual supplier and components, this ensures a complete overview of the entire supply chain.
Because of the complete quality control chain from material incoming inspection, production and testing, all the way to after-sales analysis, faytech can make reliable statements regarding their own product quality. With strong ERP systems and data gathering tools, all operations are constantly analyzed and the quality is steadily further improved.
